Paying it forward in the Dominican Republic

On occasion, I find an organization or project worthy of the spotlight. Today, I am bringing you a great story about paying it forward. The G.O. Ministries and Hikes Point Christian Church in Louisville, KY will be making a trip to the Dominican Republic.

They will travel to Santiago, Dominican Republic the first week of April 2014. The group will be working primarily with their National Partner Pastor Eddy Ramon Bernabe Liriano and his church in the village of Villa Cafetalera.

Pastor Eddy and his wife Fior have prayerfully requested help from the G.O. Ministries in providing a water filtration system. The group will also help run a basketball camp and VBS as well as provide ministry training for the Bernabe’s and their leadership team. Also, Chiropractic care will be included.

In order to make this work, Mark Schuler, D.C. of Back to Life Chiropractic needs to assemble a sponsorship team. Anyone can sponsor him and/or lift him up daily in prayer as he seeks to serve God in this area.

The total amount he needs to raise is $1800.00. This will include the following:
Travel Expenses
Equipment that will be left for the Dominican people when the group returns home.

Mark Schuler, D.C. would appreciate your prayerful consideration of giving financially to meet the needs of the mission. Please keep in mind, your gift is tax deductible and your checks will need to be made payable to Hikes Point Christian Church (memo: Dr. Mark Schuler & Back to Life Chiropractic: G.O. Ministries DR Trip)

All donation inquiries can be left in the comments section of this blog post and I will forward them to Dr. Mark Schuler, D.C. happily! If you are unable to contribute financially, please pray for this trip and the success of the outreach program. Dr. Mark Schuler, D.C. requests your prayer support as they prepare for the trip and especially in April 2014 during the trip.

Thank you for your prayers, support, and consideration. God bless you!
In his love, Mark Schuler D.C.
